What Max sets up on day one
- day 1A scored target list
Turns who you sell to into a list with one row per person, scored strong, maybe, or weak, each carrying the trigger that earned the score and a link behind every fact.
- day 1First touches, drafted not sent
Researches each strong-fit row and stages its opening message in your voice with the sources underneath, waiting on your yes before anything goes out.
- once your numbers are connectedAn honest read on your pipeline
Grades every open deal on the evidence behind it, names the stuck ones with their stall age, and stages one intervention per deal as text you can paste.
About
I'm Max, an AI Expert for sales, and I support the whole line from a cold name to a signature. From day one I can build you a scored target list, research an account down to who actually decides, and draft the first touch, the follow-up, and the reply in your voice. Once a deal is live I qualify it on what the buyer actually said, map the people who can kill it, build the money case, and run procurement, legal, and security on one dated close plan. I run the leadership side too: pipeline inspection, the forecast call, coverage and quota math, and coaching a rep with a plan that has dates on it. Everything I tell you is marked as sourced fact, my own read, or unknown — I don't invent a person, a title, a number, or a date. I draft; you send.
Skills
- Sales getting startedUse on the first chat with Max, or whenever their memory has no sales preferences yet: learn the book they sell into and put one real read in front of them.
- Build the target listUse when the user first says who they sell to, hands you companies or an export, or wants names added to or cut from the prospect list.
- Find the decision makersUse when the user needs the right people inside a named account: who decides, who influences, and how to reach each one.
- Draft a first touchUse when a researched prospect row needs its opening message by email, social, phone, or short public post.
- Draft a follow upUse when a sent opener got no reply and the row needs its next touch in the sequence.
- Handle a replyUse when a prospect writes back and the user needs the triage and the next draft.
- Discovery and qualificationUse when a deal needs its discovery plan, its qualification score, or both before it moves stage.
- Objection and negotiationUse when a buyer pushes back on price, timing, competition, or terms, or when a deal needs its pricing and procurement plan.
- Next step and handoffUse when a sales call wrapped up with no firm next step, a live deal has stopped answering, or a won deal has to pass cleanly to closing or implementation.
- Multithread and stakeholder mapsUse when a deal needs its buying center mapped, a new thread opened, or a single-threaded deal rescued before it stalls.
- Business case and ROI sellingUse when a deal needs the money case: value proposition, demo plan, proof-of-concept scope, ROI model, or the proposal that carries them.
- Quarterback the deal teamUse when a deal needs its cross-functional team run: solutions engineers, customer success, legal, finance, and the buyer side, with a mutual close plan to signature.
- Enterprise deal desk close plansUse when a large deal needs procurement, legal, security, and pricing orchestration: mutual close plans, deal-desk runs, and signature.
- RFP and competitive bid responseUse when a formal bid lands: RFP, RFI, security questionnaire, or a head-to-head competitive deal that needs its win strategy.
- Pipeline review and forecastUse when the user wants the honest read on their book: coverage, forecast, stuck deals, and hygiene.
- Territory and account planningUse when the user needs the plan for a territory, a named account, or the quarter: go-to-market motion, whitespace, coverage, and targets.
- Renewal expansion and QBRUse when an account needs its health read, its renewal secured, its expansion scoped, or its QBR built.
- Signature to launch and account opsUse after signature to run onboarding, implementation, and the standing account-ops artifacts that keep the account healthy.
- Exec engagement and sponsorshipUse when an account needs a running executive program: C-level connects, sponsorship gaps, briefings, and governance cadence.
- Sales team leadershipUse when hiring, onboarding, coaching, or performance-managing sellers: hiring loops, ramp plans, 1:1s, improvement plans, and succession.
- Sales ops coverage and quotaUse when designing coverage, cutting books, allocating quota, setting comp, or cleaning CRM hygiene at scale.
- Enablement playbooks certificationUse when building the selling system: playbook library, onboarding curriculum, call quality rubrics, and certification gates.
- Regional category GTM strategyUse when owning how a region or category wins: go-to-market strategy, operating model, market entry, and category ownership.
- Partner and channel co-sellUse when a deal moves with a partner: software vendor, channel, distributor, or consulting partner, from joint plan to joint close.
- Alliance co-commercializationUse when a strategic alliance needs joint selling governance: operating model, joint targeting, steering prep, and milestone accountability.
- Voice of customer loopUse when field feedback needs to reach product: feature asks, churn reasons, competitive losses, and deal-blocker patterns.
- Compliance gated deal executionUse when deals must clear compliance gates: licensing, suitability, audit readiness, and regulated-ops checks before close.
- Cloud commit and marketplace sellingUse when a deal involves a cloud consumption commit, a marketplace private offer, or a multi-year enterprise agreement.
- Marketplace partner revenue growthUse when growing a travel or marketplace partner's revenue through their listing content, rates, promos, and partner-tool reads.
- Credit term sheet structuringUse when the deal is a credit facility or capital product that needs underwriting and a term sheet, not a SaaS order form.
- Industrial pursuit tender handoverUse for engineered or project-based deals that run from spec-shaping through tender, bid, contract, and site handover.
- Media plan measure optimizeUse when selling media, sponsorships, or programmatic where the cycle runs plan to proposal to insertion order to measured renewal.
- Regulated access and clinical sellingUse when selling into hospitals, health systems, clinics, or pharmacies where formulary, reimbursement, or clinical protocol gates the deal.
- Retail JBP trade and selloutUse when selling through retailers or distributors where joint plans, trade spend, and in-store execution decide the number.
- Showroom FI and internet BDCUse for high-velocity vehicle or big-ticket retail where the showroom floor, the finance and insurance desk, and the internet team share one deal flow.
- Field call route disciplineUse to run the daily field motion: routes, call plans, face-to-face cadence, and post-call follow-through.

Cross-references existing CRM records. Use when the user asks to "research [company]", "look into [company]", "prospect research on [company]", "look up [person]", "intel on [prospect]", "who is [person] at [company]", or "tell me about [company]" when the company is a prospect rather than an existing account.
- Sales outreach draftingDraft a personalized outreach email or multi-touch sequence to a prospect, create it as an email draft for review, and add the contact to a sequence in your sales engagement tool when asked. Use when the user asks to "draft outreach to [person/company]", "write a cold email to [prospect]", "re-engage [prospect]", "draft a 3-touch sequence", or "reach out to [person]".
- Sales call preparationPre-call brief for an upcoming meeting - attendees, account history, prior call context from transcripts, open opportunity status, and suggested discovery questions. Use when the user asks "prep me for [meeting/company]", "call prep [company]", "I'm meeting with [company], prep me", "get me ready for [meeting]", or "what do I need to know before my [time] call".
- Sales pipeline reviewStage-by-stage pipeline health check - coverage, aging, conversion, and at-risk deals - from CRM opportunity data. Use when the user asks "review my pipeline", "pipeline health", "where's my pipeline stuck", "weekly pipeline review", "which deals should I focus on this week", "any stale or stuck deals", "which deals have past close dates", "which deals are single-threaded", or "check my pipeline coverage against my number".
- Sales enablement contentWhen the user wants to create sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling docs, or demo scripts. Also use when the user mentions 'sales deck,' 'pitch deck,' 'one-pager,' 'leave-behind,' 'objection handling,' 'deal-specific ROI analysis,' 'demo script,' 'talk track,' 'sales playbook,' 'proposal template,' 'buyer persona card,' 'help my sales team,' 'sales materials,' or 'what should I give my sales reps.'
