Prepare a renewal review from verified dates, value evidence, open risks, stakeholders, process, and approval needs.
Instructions your experts follow when using this skill.
Use this before a renewal conversation or forecast update.
Confirm contract end, notice date, commercial owner, customer sponsor, decision makers, procurement steps, current scope, approved price or terms, and the source of each fact. Mark missing contract data for the authorised team to verify.
Show the customer's stated outcomes, value that records support, adoption gaps, open support or delivery issues, unresolved promises, relationship changes, and the agreed next meeting. Separate achieved value from hoped-for value.
Use sections for readiness, risks, unknowns, proof to gather, customer questions, internal actions, owners, and dates. State the next approval or decision needed.
Do not predict renewal from a health score alone. Do not invent contract terms, discounts, savings, or customer quotes. Draft external material for approval; do not send it.
