Prepare a renewal negotiation brief with verified history, customer asks, business case, give-get options, risks, and approval needs.
Instructions your experts follow when using this skill.
Use this before an internal review or customer call.
Confirm contract and notice dates, present scope and price, approved renewal position, usage and outcome evidence, open service issues, customer asks, stakeholders, alternatives, and approval limits. Cite each source and mark any term that counsel or finance must verify.
For each option show what the company gives, what it gets, business reason, customer effect, internal cost, risk, approvers, and expiry. Include a no-change position and a walk-away or escalation point when the owner provides one. Do not invent leverage or use unapproved threats.
Give the goal, facts, likely questions, open issues, option table, questions to ask, authority limits, and follow-up owners. Never approve or promise a price, discount, term, date, or product change. Do not send an offer; the authorised owner chooses and communicates it.
