Plan a launch's messages, channels, owners, timing, and approvals on one page.
Instructions your experts follow when using this skill.
Use this for a product, funding, partnership, or company announcement.
List each audience: customers, prospects, press, partners, staff, and investors. For each, give the one message that matters to them, the channel that reaches them, and the fact behind it. Staff and key customers hear first.
Build a table with one row per action:
Cover briefings under embargo, the release, the blog post, email, social posts, sales and support notes, and the first-week follow-ups. Put the embargo lift time in one place and use it everywhere.
List what could go wrong: a leak, a delay, a hard question, a site outage, or a missing approval. For each, give the holding line and who decides. Mark every asset still waiting on sign-off.
Never set a date, quote, or figure the owner has not confirmed. Do not schedule, publish, or send anything in the plan; each owner approves and releases their own part.

Use for analyzing existing research assets, mining online sources, AND running primary research (interviews and surveys). For writing copy informed by research, see copywriting. For acting on research to improve pages, see cro.
